In China, customers’ satisfaction is greatly valued by companies. This rule also applies in international market. Any products can be returned or exchanged (except for normal wear) within 21 days of the received date. Please view the following instructions carefully to avoid misunderstandings between the seller and the buyer:


We Will take full responsibility for the following issues:

1.    The problem of item’s quality, such as style made wrongly/broken fabric/unclean items/ bad workmanship.

Wrong item was delivered by the seller.

3.    The delivery date that the seller promised has not been fulfilled.

Thus, the seller will undertake:

1.    The returning shipping costs both from your country to China and the other way;

2.    Exchange a brand-new item FREE OF CHARGE;

3.    The seller will refund the buyer full cost, if the buyer don’t want an exchange.


We Will Not be responsible for these following issues:

1.    The buyer, no matter for what reasons, selects the wrong style from our catalogue or website.

2.    The buyer, no matter for what reasons, chooses the wrong color of the products.

3.    The sizing chart on our website is only suggested. If the buyer chooses an inadequate size of our product, we are afraid that we will not be responsible.

4.    The buyer, no matter for what reasons, offers an incorrect address for the delivery.

5.    The buyer, no matter for what reasons, fails to give or offer a reliable contact telephone number for the delivery.

6.    Contingencies concerning the Local Customs that affect the delivery.

7.      The effect of wearing our products with our models is presented as a standard image. This does not guarantee the effect of the wearing by other personnel.   

Thus, the buyer has to undertake:

1. The returning shipping cost from your country to China;

2. Exchange a brand-new item, but have to pay 5 US Dollars restocking fee for each item;

3. Shipping cost from China to your country for the exchange item;

4. After deducting the restocking fee, we can refund you the balance, if you don’t want the exchange;

-No Refund for Shipping Cost when it is the responsibility of the buyer;

-All underwear, tights, special order items, SMUs, gifts are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages and we strongly suggest you insure your return shipment.

-Please allow 1-2 weeks for us to process returns & exchanges items after we receive your returned items. We will keep you informed.

When you make a return or exchange, please make your customer code in the package of the returning goods.

Please note that we can't accept any return orders without our confirmation.
